Paid Vacation Time by Country

Can you guess which country has the most vacation time? I wasn’t surprised when I saw that the US came in second to last only to Vietnam…. but I was surprised that there are people who vacation more than our lovers in France or Italy.

The country with the most time off is Finland– with FORTY FOUR days of paid vacation.

Props to all you Finnish folks who have achieved the same per capita output as the UK, France, and Germany while taking more time to enjoy life.

Here are where the others stack up:
US: 25 (I’m not sure if I believe this, I certainly don’t have 25 paid days off)
France: 41
Italy: 31
India: 31
Vietnam: 22
South Korea: 30
